How do I download and install the game?
Visit the Downloads page, grab the Full Client, and simply extract it. Make sure you also download the latest patch and extract it inside the client folder.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
If you have lost your password, you can contact the administration through Discord or our WhatsApp number to verify your ownership and reset it.
The game won't start or crashes. What should I do?
Make sure your antivirus is not blocking the game executable. Add the game folder to exceptions. Also, verify that you have DirectX and Visual C++ installed.
